Natalie Torres QPA, QKA – President of the company and has been performing administration for small to large organizations for over 23 years.  Education: Bachelor of Science in mathematics with specialization in Computer Science. Professional Certifications: Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) and Qualified 401(k) administrator (QKA). Professional Positions: President & CEO. Organizations: Member of the American Society of Pension Professional and Actuaries.

Harry Torres – Vice-President of Operations with over 27 years of experience in management and day-to-day operations.  He also has completed pension administration courses and is a notary public.

T&T Benefits Administration Team

Harry Torres II – Senior Administration Manager with over 9 years of experience in Administration. He provides administration, compliance and day to day support to the staff and clients retirement plan needs.  He has his Associates Degree in Information Technology and is currently working to obtain QPA and QKA Designations from (ASPPA).

Shari Shendell – Plan Administrator with 15 years of experience in pension administration and record keeping.  She provides administration, compliance and day to day support to her clients retirement plan needs.

Cindy Orozco – Plan Administrator - She provides administration, compliance and day to day support to her clients retirement plan needs.
    

Isamar Natal – Plan Administrator - She provides administration, compliance and day to day support to her clients retirement plan needs.

Stephanie Torres – Clerical Assistant – She handles data input and all special needs in different departments.
